I'm a licensed professional counselor, sex addiction specialist, and betrayal trauma specialist. For 16 years I've walked couples out of addiction and betrayal and into flourishing marriages — using a holistic approach that holds all perspectives in balance instead of pulling them apart.

I've seen hundreds of couples arrive broken and walk out thriving. Not in spite of what happened to them, but through doing the real work of recovery — together as allies.

I integrate the Christian faith without letting it become another layer of religious abuse.

Season One

The Map

Season 1 lays out why the standard approach to recovery so often fails — and what works instead. You'll learn the framework I use with every couple: the three clients, the Bermuda Triangle of isolated care, the Pyramid that adds faith done well, and the principle that holds it all together — that spouses must become allies against the addiction and the betrayal, not adversaries to each other.

The first four episodes lay the foundation. The next nine bring in graduates of my program — real couples — describing what recovery actually looked like. The finale points you toward what comes next.
